100% Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to have complete faith in our company and our batteries. To this end we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money, exchange it, or credit your account. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and any sales tax if applicable), excluding shipping and handling fees. Please note, all returns must be in resellable condition.

What is your warranty? All of our batteries come with a Manufacturer's Warranty for 1 full year from the date of you receive your order. If  BatteryXpress finds that any part was defective in materials or workmanship we will replace it with a new battery at no charge to you. Proof of original purchase date is required. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been improperly installed, maintained, or repaired, or batteries that have been subject to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation, abnormal handling, neglect, exposure to fire, water or excessive changes in climate or temperature, or batteries with warranty stickers or product serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible. Our warranty applies to the original owner only and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or a clear copy of it. Shipping for all returned items must be paid for by sender. We will pay all shipping costs to send back a replacement item.
